Adam Michael Lovitz
I am an organizer of color, a collector of thoughts, and a translator of the everyday. Living in Philadelphia and obtaining my MFA from Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, I plan on documenting the various ideas that contribute to the relationship of my physical environment and inner thoughts. From treasures on the sidewalk to imagery buried in text, from the personal experience to the universal elements at play, and from the written language to the visually abstracted, I hope to poetically build a body of work that breathes the energy of today. The experience is through the exploration and experimentation of material.

Hi Adam,
Thanks for passing this along! I really like some of the collage stuff,
the juxtaposition of the unexpected where we expect a face is very powerful! How are you liking your MFA program at PAFA? Hope all is well with you and your families…
BTW Maddie Freedman is a freshman BFA student from my
AP class at PAFA this year — she’s a GREAT painter! Check her out if
you can…
Best to YOU Always…
